Before you start, note that changing your username account requires a trusted phone account. To change your name label, follow these steps:

8 Select and confirm a new, available name suggestion from telegram, which should contain only letters and numbers. Please note that this will change your visible name display across all instant messaging apps.
9 Tap 'Confirm' to finalize the username renaming process.
10 To test if your username update worked, check your new username and verify the app displays your account using the new name.
